Water Damage. Working around busy lobby.

SERVPRO of East Central Austin was called for a commercial water mitigation job at a local businesses in Round Rock, TX. The source of the leak was a water line that ran to their coffee machine. The leak occurred overnight and was not noticed until they opened up the following morning. Due to the affected area being in the lobby, customer was concerned about noise level of demolition. Taking this into account SERVPRO of East Central Austin stopped demolition when the lobby opened for business and came back and completed it after hours when the lobby was closed for business. This is just one of the small steps we have taken over the years to make sure our customers concerns are taken into consideration.
