Complete Restoration of a Garage in Austin, TX After a Fire

This garage in Austin, TX was burned down almost completely, along with the car inside, pictured above.

The debris and remains of the garage had to be demolished and removed from the property in order for our reconstruction department to begin the rebuild process. 

During the process of removing the garage, our mitigation crew had to extract the water from inside of the home that was used in the efforts of putting the fire out. Once the water was extracted, we placed drying equipment to dry out the structure of the home that was not damaged by the fire. 

After the drying process was complete, our cleaning crew went through the home and removed all of the soot that was covering the structure of the home and the contents. Our contents crew assisted in cleaning the contents as they packed the salvageable items into boxes to remove them from the property. They then transported the contents back to our facility where we have secured and climate controlled storage units. 

Once the contents were removed from the property, the soot was cleaned off of the structure of the home, and the debris was removed off of the property and disposed of properly, our reconstruction team was able to begin the rebuild process. The garage was completely rebuilt, it's hard to even believe that the two pictures above are of the same location! Our crews were able to make it look "Like it never even happened."
