OH NO!!! I'm Out Of Town. What Do I Do? Call SERVPRO!!

These photos depict one of the smaller types of jobs that we do at SERVPRO of East Central Austin, but what makes this job different is that the homeowners were out of town for three weeks when it happened…. This actually happens more often than you would think. Water heater leaks are never convenient and never happen at a convenient time. Luckily the homeowners neighbor was passing by and saw water coming out of the garage and notified the homeowner who in turn notified SERVPRO of East Central Austin. Once we were onsite we met with our point of contact for a walk through. Once that happened we contacted the homeowner and gave them a full break down of what happened and what needed to be done. It took a few days to fully dry out the structure. Each day there was multiple calls to the homeowner with updates. Once the homeowner got home and inspected the work/damage. They sent their gratitude to us for being so professional and keeping them informed of the daily activities. During times like these we know it is a difficult time for the homeowners and we just try to bring some calm to your storm.
