I just wanted to send a note on Armando. He was just here to sanitize my floors and I really appreciated his customer service, efficeient and hard work, and his desire to go above and beyond. He was thorough and wanted to sanitize anything that had been on the floor (my vacuum, trash cans, table bottoms, you name it) and was dedicated to ensuring all the "yuck" was gone. 

As a business manager myself, I know how important it is to recognize great performance, so I thought you should know Armando's work today was recognized.
